By booking a foundingMARK session, you agree to the following terms.
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through our website, following an initial call. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing & Booking page and is subject to change without notice.
You may cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of booking. After that window, bookings are non-refundable. Sessions must be scheduled within 14 days of booking; bookings not scheduled within this window may be forfeited.
Sessions take place at our studio in Riverside Terrace. The exact address is provided after booking is confirmed.
All footage from your session is yours to keep. By default, your session and resulting content may also be shared on foundingMARK's official Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels as part of our production. If you prefer your story remain exclusive and not shared on our platform, that option is available at a custom rate — contact us for details. We do not guarantee a specific publishing date or timeline for platform-distributed content.
After booking, you’ll receive a questionnaire to help us prepare your story. Completing this questionnaire includes your consent for the use of the footage and materials as described in these terms.
foundingMARK and BNU Media Group, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your session or its distribution, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued booking after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
