No — scheduling a call is free, with no obligation. Production costs are only discussed after your call, once we've confirmed it's the right fit.
Can I tell someone else's story instead of my own?+
Yes — 'Their foundingMARK' is built for exactly that: a birthday tribute, a memorial, anyone who left a mark on you.
What do I actually walk away with?+
A 22-minute edited film, 10 social media clips, and all footage is yours to keep.
Where does the shoot happen?+
Our studio is located in Riverside Terrace. The exact address is provided once your session is booked.
How do I book my spot?+
Schedule a call with us first. If it's the right fit for the show, we'll walk you through booking your studio session together.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?+
Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. No refunds after that window. Sessions must be scheduled within 14 days of booking.
What happens after I book?+
You'll receive a short questionnaire about your story to help us prepare — this helps us map out the session before you arrive.
Can I choose to keep my story private instead of having it shared?+
